Question for Pokemon Pearl

Someone help me because I'm tryin 2 evolve my evee on the ice rock but when ever I touch the rock it says it's an icy rock thats bone chilling 2 touch so what do I do

You level up your Eevee when you are standing next to it. Then it will evolve into Glacion.

You have to make Eevee level up around the Ice Rock.After that,Eevee will evolve into Glaceon.

Try putting Evee as the first Pokemon in your party then touch it.

You need to Level it up around the Icy Rock.

You have to level up the eevee in the area of the ice rock. You can use a rare candy or just level up the eevee near the ice rock and then it will evolve into glaceon.
