The pre evolved form of Drifblim is Drifloon. To find drifloon, you must go to the valley Windworks on a Friday. Drifloon will be outside. Battle it to catch it. It's on lv. 22.

That is called Drifloon. If you got the questions wrong in the Hearthome Gym on purpose, you can see it. Otherwise, on a Friday, go to Valley Windworks.

It's in front of the Valley Windworks Building on Friday. It's anywhere from Level 18-25.
