Where can I get the super rod?please help!!!

The sad thing about the super rod is that you are unable to get it unless you beat the elite 4. Afterwards, when you load your data go to snow point city and use the boat to get to the fight area. Unfortunately when you first arrive you'll notice that the pathway north is blocked off by two people and right behing them there's the fisherman that gives you the super rod.

Go to the Battle Zone and talk to the Fisherman. You can't go there unless you've beaten the Elite Four and gotten the National Pok�Dex. Go to Snowpoint and take the Ferry there.
