Hey sup G I got some news to tell you can only catch black charizard in the johto rejion after completin g both pokedexs sorry it took me a while to get to explore all of the sinoh rejoin!

Black Charizard is a Charizard, just shiny. You need a Charizard, and the chance of getting shiny Charizard is about 1/8369.

You can use an Action Replay to Modify the Pokemon (to Charzard) and wether it's shiny or not.
