Question for Pokemon Pearl

1:Can someone tell me how to enter new codes into my AR(DS) without loading them from a website.
2:How does pokerus work in the DS games?
3:Some of my Pokemon have symbols on the side of their picture when looking at stats (eg Smiley face). What do they mean?
4:What would be the best types for a team (including dual types). I can't decide!

I do have the national dex. Help if you can!

1. You can update your Action Replay now so that you can enter your own codes. Use the Quick Update option in the Code Manager program (Attach the provided cable between your computer's USB port and your AR card, put the AR in your DS, and turn the DS on.)

2. Probably the same way as in the other games.

3. That symbol means that Pokemon can no longer be infected by the Pokerus disease (or whatever it is..)

4. I really can't help you with that one. Sorry! My favorite team would just be the DP legendaries buffed up to LVL 100. My big favorite is the Arceus I captured recently using my AR.

1.You just click "Add New Code" on the game that you want. Then, you can name it and type in the code manually.

2.Pokerus are little microbes that stick on your Pokemon. When they have Pokerus, they grow better. If you're luckly enough to get one with Pokerus (I got one with Pokerus through the GTS) Put it in with your team. They'll eventually get Pokerus.

3. That means that they've already had Pokerus and can't get it anymore.

4. I'd use a well-rounded team with strong moves that are a variety of types.
