Ok I'm stuck litterally I have no idea what to do! I have 7 badges what do I do to shut the fatty up and get to the 8th gym? It's my final gym I need help.

I know what to do and I'm pretty much where you are but I'm lazy and don't wanna do it. Well, first off, did you fight team galactic at it's head quarter? After that, then you have to go to Mt. Coronet and then you fight all the galactic people. When you are finished with that, then you can get the eighth badge in Sunyshore city.
Haven't seen you in ages, C13.
Anyway, go to Oreburgh and go up that Mudslide. Go to Mt.Coronet and ascend to the Peak of it. Team Galactic should leave when you beat them, catch Palkia and blahblahblah. Then you can go to Sunyshore to shut that stupid man up.
