1. You get a prize.
2. You get a Diploma.
3. Any time at night after you get the National Dex.

1. Nothing really, but you recieve 3 bp (battle points)

2. You get a diploma, and you can now get master balls at the pokemart.

3. You can get it by getting the national pokedex, then thump the TV
