For fun you can try and catch all the legendary Pokemon and after that you should try and get all 487 Pokemon or so but it will take over a year without cheats.

Yea you can go to turnback cave, stark mountain, fullmoon island, and the extra room in victory road. If youve down all this, then no, there isnt much to do
