How do you get the items electrobooster and magmabooster?Also,how do you put cheats on your Pokemon Pearl with the Action Replay DS?

I can only answer the 1st one-
If you have Pokemon fire red in the gba slot after you have the national pokedex you will find an elekid in the grass at the windworks. There is a 5% chance of it having an electralizer. Do the same thing with leaf green in the slot and you'll find magby with a 5% chance of it having the magmatizer.
