It's not really important unless you have a national pokedex. It has a few items but unless you're a noob don't wprry about them. Wen you have NP go find the tv at nite and "talk to it" it sez sumpin about a Pokemon and then rotom appears. It's weak so use Pokemon that arent going to kill it
Well... If you want to get a legendary, yes, once you have national dex (seen all 150 people in sinnoh) and beaten the E4, go to the TV there thats creepy and there it is, ROTOM, he's Electric/Ghost starting at lvl 15, I don't kno if he evolves or not though
Regardless to my earlier answer yes it is because a legendary Pokemon named rotom is inside the T.V. In there
