Question for Pokemon Pearl

I have 2 questions:

1) Where do you get the Acro-Bike?

2) How do I get the 8th Gym Leader to her Gym?

1) You can't.
2) Go to the Lighthouse in Sunyshore.

And the eight leader is a guy.

I can tell you that when you beat the Pokemon leauge and finish the pokedex you talk to her! But do you know where to find #114 unown?
