Can someone plz tell me where to find cherubi or at least his evolution? Plz answer ASAP

In floroma town you are introduced to honey trees where you can slather the honey oN. The guy in the meadow where you got the windworks key has honey you can buy for 100 poke dollars. There is a house in the same area and next to the house is a tree slather honey on the tree and wait for 12 hours repeat untill a cherubi apears
