Question for Pokemon Pearl

Hi people,
I bought the game the other day and rushed it.now I'm at the Pokemon league and need a good team;at the moment I have:
Inferape lv 54

Fire blast
Brick break
Flame wheel
Grass knot

Palkia lv 48

Spacial rend
Water pulse
Ancient power
Dragon claw

Floatzel lv 42

Waterfall
Surf
Aqua jet
Crunch

Staraptor lv 36

Aerial ace
Fly
Close combat
Double team

Luxray lv 37

Charge beam
Shockwave
Strength
Crunch

Roserade lv 36

Sludge bomb
Stun spore
Mega drain
Leech seed

Please also give tips on what items to give, what lv they need to be and what attacks they need. Except for infernape since it's good as it is except for flame wheel..

Ok my advise you shouldn't have rushed because the Elite 4 is tough most Pokemon they have have are lv 50s to 60s so train your Palkia and Inferape a couple of levels until they reach about 63 train in Victory road and then take them on. (P.s buy alot of full restores and revives if you decide to take them on now trust me you'll need them.)

I think you need all of you're Pokemon to be around the same level. I suggest busting out you're vs seeker on tough trainers you beat a while ago

When my sister was doing it she had an Empoleon on Lv. 73 and Dialgo on lv 50. And 5 weak ones. I reckon around lv 58 could do it. She only trained one Pokemon though.
