Pokemon Pearl Questions

How do you get to Celestic Town I have 4 bages and if I try to go there from Solaceon Town there are syduck in the way that wont move. If I try to go there from Eterna City I have to use HM4 Stength but I don't have that move.How do I get there? Please help.

Go to Pastoria City, after you beat Crasher Wake. Above, you'll see a Galactic Grunt. Talk to him and he'll be muttering words to himself. He'll notice you, and then tell you to back away and not to follow him. Guess what you're going to do? Follow him. It would be smart if you go to the Pokémon Center first, because as soon as you talk to him for the second time, he will run away after talking to you and your Rival will bump into you, again, he wants a battle. I found that out the hard way. ._. Follow him until he starts to get tired. Eventually, he will battle you. When he does, he'll complain that the only reason that he lost to you is because he was so tired. What a pathetic excuse. Afterwards, he'll get slower with walking. Follow him to the North of the Lakefront. You'll meet Cynthia, the Pokémon League Champion. She'll blabber a bit with you and then give you the SecretPotion to give to the Psyduck blocking a Route near Floaroma. Give the Psyduck the Potion and you'll gain access to another City. You can then go back to Hearthome City and you'll need to visit the Contest Hall. Your mom will be there, along with the fifth gym leader. They'll depart and you can then proceed to challenge the Gym Leader.
