Fatinna is the fifth gym leader the forth is in veilstone city and the fourth is in pastoria city
No, that's the fifth gym leader. Go to Solaceon Town and then go NorthEast, the next Gym is in Veilstone.
O.k. For one the person you saw at the contest halls is the 5th gym leader not the third(just check trainers card). The third gym leader is at the next town with the game corner and all that.
