Would anybody that has the Japanese verion know if there is a TM that can teach Hydropump, or perhaps a move tutor? It would be really great if there was. Please respond, and thanks in advance.

ANSWERS

There is no move tutor that can teach you Hydro Pump or any TM for the move.

There are only certain Pokemon that learn Hydro Pump through leveling up and there are those who learn it via breeding.

Now if the AR codes are out for Japanese version and they have a move tutor code like they had in the past then you can teach any Pokemon you choose the Hydro Pump move.

There isn't a TM for Hydro Pump, sorry. No Move Tutor either, just by breeding or Leveling up can a Pokémon learn Hydro Pump.
