Yes. With FireRed, Elekid, Electabuzz and Electrive are all in the Sinnoh Pok�Dex, so you can get him without the National Pok�Dex.
From the looks of it....you will need the National Dex...we will know more one's we get our hands on this game
I don't know how to post a question but I have one. When you insert fire red into the gba slot to get elekid do you play fire red or pearl? Everyone says you have to insert fire red into the slot the catch elekid holding the elctro booster but which game do you play?
