You get an egg in iron island containg the pre evolve lucario-rioru(no english name yet) then you have to make it like you and level it up by the day and it evolve to lucario, a fighting/steel type pokemon.
Well the game is not out yet dude so how would we know, but yes, Lucario is in this game.
Yeah, lucario is in the game you get him in his pre-evovled form.
Lucario is in this game. You have to go to Iron Island, help beat Team Galactic, get the Riolu egg, and then evolve the Riolu into Lucario.
