Do you have to have a pokeradar to catch Bagon? If so is the only way to get the pokeradar through the 150 pokedex entries, or can I trade a pokeradar to myself from another game?

The only way to find a Bagon in Pokemon Pearl is on Route 210 North with the Pokeradar. The Pokeradar can be obtained from Professor Rowan after finishing the Sinnoj Pokedex (all you must do is see all the Pokemon in the regional Pokedex, not catch them all).
