Getting past the two guys at battle area someone help :((

I got an action replay and beat all the gyms, the elite 4, and completed both dex's using the action replay. But when I try to pass those two guys they tell me I need to complete the dex :( when I talk to dawn she says I completed it but I haven't had the conversation with rowan about completing it. What did I do wrong?? Somebody help :(((

I believe the problem is occurring because you used an Action Replay Code.

Try talking to Rowan and see if that helps. If Professor Oak doesn't appear give you the National Pokedex, then you're pretty stuck. If that happens, try deleting the code and see if that helps.
