How do I get past the battle area to go to stark mountain!?

I used an action replay to complete my pokedex yet those two guys won't let me pass to go to stark mountain! When I talk to Dawn she says I
Completed it but prof rowan hasn't given me the conversation of completing it. Somebody help please!!! :(

I think the problem is occurring because you used an Action Replay Code.

Try talking to Rowan and see if that helps. If Professor Oak doesn't appear give you the National Pokedex, then you're pretty stuck. If that happens, try deleting the code and see if that helps.

Thanks a lot, but I figured out the problem. I never talked to professor oak once I completed it xD I deleted my whole game and started over and the only problem was I never talked to oak. Thanks though!
