Can you and how do you get that giseous orb or whatever orb that is for Giratina?

The Griseous Orb cannot be found or obtained in Pokemon Pearl. It didn't exist until Pokemon Platinum.

The Griseous Orb is an item that can ONLY be obtained in Platinum, Black, White, Black 2, and White 2. It cannot be traded nor can it be hacked onto any other game. It DID NOT EXIST when Pearl was released.
