It on ly freezes up my game...when I go to tm 17 it shows that the move has no name and when I click on it it freezes up my game why does it do that

You hacked your game and damaged part of the save file. The only sure fire way to fix the problem is to delete the save file and start a new one (only this time, without hacking). If you'd rather not delete everything, then just avoid TM17.
