Those aren't things. There is nothing in any Pokemon game by those names, at least not in the English versions. Please use English names when asking questions on a site in English.

For future questions, please try your best to ask them in English. However, I understand that some Translation Websites cannot translate Pokemon Names.

You are talking about the Three Legendary Lake Pokemon. Their English Names are Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. After Team Galactic captures these Pokemon from their Lakes and you defeat Team Galactic at the Three Lakes, head to Veilstone City (Tobari City). You will obtain the Storage Key from a Team Galactic Member in Veilstone City (Tobari City). After you have this, you must defeat Team Galactic in Team Galactic's Warehouse in Veilstone City (Tobari City). At the end of Team Galactic's Warehouse, you will find the Glactic Key. This will allow you into Team Galactic's HeadQuarters in Veilstone City (Tobari City). Make you way through there and defeat Team Galactic's Leader and Commander, and you will have the option to release the Three Legendary Lake Pokemon.
