For future reference, please ask Pokemon Platinum Questions in the Pokemon Platinum Section.

After you have Seven Gym Badges and have defeated Team Galactic in Veilstone City, head up Mt. Coronet to Spear Pillar. After you defeat Team Galactic on Spear Pillar and battle/catch Giratina in the Distortion World, you will have access to Route 222 and Sunyshore City.
