On my game of Pokemon Pearl, for some reason the boss of Hearthome City isn't there yet. I keep on checking, but she's not there. I'm waiting to beat her, to get my medal and everything, but I can't. Do I have to meet her somewhere else?

You must defeat the Gym Leaders in Veilstone City and Pastoria City, defeat Team Galactic in Veilstone City, receive the potion from Cynthia, cure the Psyducks with the potion, and talk to Cynthia's Grandmother in order for the Gym Leader to appear in the Hearthome City Gym.
