How do you get your pokeman animals to heal w/o having to go to a pokeman shop

Well, there are a few ways to heal your Pokemon.

You can go to any Pokemon Center to heal your Pokemon. Pokemon Centers can be found in every city.

Or, you could buy items from Poke Shops to heal your Pokemon. Poke Shops can be found in most cities.

You may use a full restore or a potion to heal your your Pokemon from damage
