Here's a few tips:
1. Give Vulpix berries that will boost it's beauty.
2. Give Vulpix moves that are in the beauty category.
3. In the Contest, put items on it that are scored high in beauty.
4. In the Contest, make all the moves in the dance contest.
5. In the Contest, scored high in the moves contest.
