Hmmm I don't know if you mean Poke tech or Pokedex. You can get more poke tech apps in Jublife city. Its the huge building to the left that the clown was in front of when you got the poke tech coupons. And you can't really get Pokedex apps. You can upgrade it to national after you complete the game but that's all. If you have further questions comment if this was helpful give it a thumbs up! Hope I helped!
