Question for Pokemon Pearl

So I am at the point in the game where I need to fill up my pokedex and find and catch Mesprit, Uxie, and the other Pokemon I forgoti the name of xD
So I went to catch Mesprit first, and it disapeared and Rowan came up to me and asked me to go get the Mesprite tracker thing for the poketech. So I did, I have heard that Mesprits face is supposed to appear on the tracker so you can find it. Well mine didn't! I have read EVERYTHING and tried everything to try to get it to appear on the map. Now it could be ANYWHERE nad I really don't have to time to search every inch of the sinnoh region for Mesprit. Please help?

P.S., also I have been hearing about a Pokemon called Cresselia, WHAT'S THAT??? Do I need to ucatch that too?? There are only three lakes, so where and how can I catch it?

Here is some help:

Mesprite - You need to use the Marking Map App. To see where Mesprite is. After it shows up on your App, fly to Sandgem Town. Run from Sandgem Town to Route 202, then back into Sandgem Town. Do this process until Mesprite shows up on Route 202 on your App. Now, go into the grass and try and catch it!

Uxie - Can be found in the Cave in Lake Acuity

Azelf - Can be found in the Cave in Lake Valor.

Heatran - Can be found at the end of Stark Mountain.

Giratina - Can be found in Turnback Cave.

Regigigas - Can be found at the bottom of the Snow Temple. You need the three Regi(s) in your party to awaken it.

Cresselia - Go to the Sailor's House in Canalave City. You will find that his sn is sick. He will bring you to Full Moon Island if you will help. Once there, you will find Cresselia. After this, it will be roaming Sinnoh. Use the exact same tip for Mesprite on Cresselia.
