Go to sendoff spring and if you keep going right you will see girintina
After you have the National dex the go to route 214 then you will see a pathway go down spring path .Go around sendoff spring to the rocky wall.Go down it then though the cave.Talk to the the wall it will say some stuff.Now you have to pass 3 pillars befor you pass 30 rooms.If you do it the all mighty Giratina will be the.Watch out it's a lvl 70.
This is after you find giratina. Lower it's hp and use a master ball, dusk balls, or timer balls. If you still can't get it, restart.
