I played Pokemon pearl and I put on the cheat to get entei. When I started everthing went black and I couldn't move. I deleted the cheat and I stayed the same. What should I do. Im afraid I ruined the game

Well, I'm sure you didn't ruin it as a permanent thing. If cutting the game off, then starting it again doesn't help, then you may just need to delete your saved game data. You know, start the little story all over again.
