Question for Pokemon Pearl

I used to Pokemon mod code and it gave me the master balls in my item bin or whatever but then I went to go catch the Pokemon and it said I had 999 master ball but when I checked my bag it said I only had the 493 so I can't catch any of the rare Pokemon so how can I delete the master balls during a battle?

That's easy the poke modifier code is easy to do.


493 is how many Pokemon there currently are in the shinnoh region.

So you go look up the shinnoh NATIONAL pokedex and you'll find all of the Pokemon on there take a calculator and take 493- the pokemons dex number like say you want an Eeevee it's dex number would be 133 you should get 360 now go to your master balls and toss out 360 of them then go into the grass while holding the "l" Button down to encounter that pokemon. Sometimes it takes a while to work. And if you want the ledends just do the same thing again. Hope this helps.
