How do you get rakwaza, Mewtwo, Heatran, Oh ho and Lugia?

You'll need to migrate/trade Rayquaza from a Pokemon emerald game. Mewtwo, Ho-Oh and Luga can be obtained via trade from the Heart Gold/Soul Silver games. As for Heatran, look in Stark Mountain. Good luck.

You can find Heatran in Pokemon Pearl, Platinum, or Diamand. It is located in the volcano. First you have to go in and let Buck steal the stone. Then fly back to the P. C. In the Battle Zone and go to the house right of the P. C.. Then you talk to Buck and go back to the volcano. Where the stone was, Heatran will be waiting. You can find either Giratina, Palkia, or Dialga (depending on if you have either diamond, pearl, or platinum) at Spear Piller at the top of Mt. Coronet. You will have to go to canalave city, the library, the drained lake and battle Cyrus when you get there. The desired Pokemon will be waiting. Rayquaza is in emerald, Ho-Oh is in Heart Gold, and Lugia is in Soul Silver, good luck!
