I need help I went to the route that is next to victory road and I went to the end and found this rock thing and when I look at it it says that it shines like a mirror or something but any way can someone tell me what it is for and also what does pokerus do I know it is a virus but does it do like say delete your Pokemon or what if it is bad even if it's not can you tell me how to get rid of it

The rock does nothing unless you have the event item "Oak's Letter." Pokerus will go away on it's own, but a Pokemon with pokerus will gain evs faster. Pokerus is a good thing.
If you have an Action Replay, use the walk through walls cheat and walk on the water. You will soon see a shaymin. Ignore it, and continue down the path. It will lead to a place called Flower Paradise, and a REAL Shaymin will be there. Happy Hunting!
