Yes there is! Go to the ruin maniac. He can be found in the cave, south of Veilstone City. He will have dug a path through the cave. At the end of the cave there will be an entrance hole, go into the entrance hole. It will lead you back to the Solaceon Ruins. In this new part of the Solaceon Ruins, you can find Unknown "!" and Unknown "?" by walking around.
