Maid Challenge in Pokemon Mansion

I have battled the maids before and have 2 questions:1. What is the time space in wich I can battle them( battled them by random chance)?;2. What do you get if you beat the challenge? Any info would be great.

You can battle the maids once per day. You don't get anything, but you do get to fight a Blissey, which is worth alot of Exp.
