I once heard that if you trade a shiny Pokemon from pearl to HG/SS you get banned if it's made from action replay.
Is it true?
Also, how do you trade it to HG/SS? I only have one ds! How do I trade at all?
One more thing- are you even aloud to trade a high level Pokemon when your not very far in the game?

Banned from what? You don't get banned from anything, as far as I know.
You need the National PokeDex in Pearl (or Diamond/Platinum if you want to trade from those games) and HG/SS.
Yes, you can trade Pokemon of any level you want. It takes the fun out of things if you use high level Pokemon, though.
No, you cannot get banned. To trade, borrow a friend's DS. As for high level Pokemon, remember that they won't listen to you without the right badge.
u will not get banned and u have to get the 1st gym badge too rade but if u dont have enogh badges they wont listen to u
