ANSWERS

Enter the following code. Press L+R. You will get 493 Masterballs (in the Item Pocket, not the Ball pocket. Throw out masterballs until the number you have is the same as the Pokedex number of the Pokemon you want to find. Hold L, walk around in the grass. You'll find that pokemon.

Use the Encounter code - it's in-built. All you have to do is select the Pokemon you want to appear and start the game. When you start the game, the Pokemon you selected will appear in the grass (this sometimes doesn't happen until the second or third time you encounter something).

I recommend you use the All Pokeballs code (also in-built) to obtain an infinite supply of Master Balls so you can catch them with ease.
