I can't get Cresselia!!!

I can't get Cresselia!!!

Plz help me I can't catch cresselia it's life is yellow and when I try to use mean look cresselia flees before I do my move.When I put wobbuffet first(he has shadow tag) any move he does like mirror coat or counter it kills her and when I switch to another pokemin she flees again.

Either save your Master Ball for Creselia, or use something faster than her that can utilise Mean Look (Gengar, for example, is faster, I think). As with all legendary Pokemon that run away from battle as soon as you encounter them, saving the Master Ball for them is my strongest recommendation.

Get Pokemon thats Faster than Latias. Since you got her health to yellow, just try to catch her over and over. Make sure Wobba doesn't die.

You can get a Pokemon like/gengar,scizor,gligar,gliscor,mismagius,etc.get a Pokemon that knows mean look and that is fast

Use your fastest Pokemon with Mean Look and try to capture her with Ultra Ball or Quick Ball. [Master Ball if you have it]

Make your fastest Pokemon use mean look and then it can't flee and stock up on lots of different pokeballs and parylze it or make it go sleep that should do the trick

Crobat is a good one to use mean look as it's speed is high
