It's a bit complicated to be exact. First of all, the main object you will need the Pokemon FireFed GBA game. If you don't have one then you will either need an action replay or go buy the game. Next, you will need to insert it into the GBA slot in the DS. While the GBA game is in, turn on the game and go to the main screen then load your game data. You will need to Valley Windworks (you can check the map) and search in the wild grass and try to encounter with lots of Elekid and try catching them because seldomly, they sometimes carry the Electrizer. You really have a 5 chance if you use the Pearl version and a 50 chance for Diamond to give you a little notice. And as for the Magmarizer, you will need the LeafGreen version inserted in the GBA game slot and go to Stark Mountain and this time, Pearl has a 50 while Diamond has a 5 of finding a Magby containing the Magmarizer item.
