If I had a team with an Empoleon, Bibarel, Pachirisu, Staraptor, and a Golem. Which should I add to my team, Weaville or Rapidash???

To be honest, I am not so good at picking pokemons 4 the party, but I think that a Rapidash is good idea. The whole idea why I pick that Pokemon, is because as I think, is better having a variety in your team. Whith this stradegy, you can stand up in every pokemon.
Take Rapidash, since you've already got Ice-wielding Pokemon in your Party. In battle, it's good to have a variety of Pokemon types.
This makes it easier for you to face other kinds of Pokemons.
Teach empoleon ice beam and put rapidash in your party.
