No. Any unknown Pokemon that has no real source from a popular website (example: serebii.net is a reliable source) is a fake. If it's not in the full pokedex of pokemons then no,it is a fake. If you watched them on Youtube,it is a fake since you can now photoshop stuff and edit everything like that one time where everybody kept asking on how to get a Mewthree or a Mewthree X. So the answer to your question is an absolute no.
