My action replay won't work?!

I was trying to use some codes for Pokemon Pearl and my action replay kind of deleted all of the codes that were on it.
I don't know what happened!
Now when I try to put codes on it, it won't hook up with my computer.
It only says please connect to your PC.
But when I do, nothing pops up!
Help?!

It could be that your action replay broke.If you had it longer more than at least 6 months then you need to restart it if it's not working.There' s instructions on codejunkies or just google it.If thats not the problem and it has to do with the connection,click on forums on top of this page then click on general boards then find the Technology Forum and start your own topic about the problem.Hoped I helped.

Try to reset the Action Replay. Hopfully it will fix the problem. Hope I helped!

You reset the Action Replay. I am having the same problems but my friend reset his I don't know how.

Im having the same problem with mine I put in the ID and when I press next nothing happens and I tried this on 2 ds lites
