First, you need to get the Poketech app to find it. Once you find it, use a Pokemon with mean look to keep it from running away. Then, whittle down it's health (perferrably with False Swipe) then put it to sleep. Run away, then find it again. Right after you find it, use a Quick (or speed, I forgot) Ball to catch it. If it doesn't work, find it and try again. That's how I got it.
