I need #149 in the Sinnoah region, which the internet says should be Dialga, but it also says that Dialga is only found in Diamond. So, is this true? And if so what is #149 and where do I find it? Also I have made it to the Battle Park but I do not seem to be able to go anywhere else. What do I need to do to continue to the other two areas on this island?

Yes, it's true, you can only get dialga in Pokemon diamond.

It's true,but you get to see Dialga in Celestic Town,after you catch Palkia and beat Team Galactic,talk to Cynthia's grandmother,she will show you Dialga's picture

And you need the national dex to go to the resort area and suvival area(sorry,didn't see this question)

You talk to Dawn/Lucas when youve completed Cynthia and the Elite 4. Go to Celestic Town and Cynthia's grandmother will show you a picture from a book of Dialga. Complete The National Pokedex to go to the Survival Area and the Resort Area

When your at the part when you're playing with mesprit......you have to put down it's health but don't kill it, n use the quick ball 2 catch it....then go to sandgem town and talk to dawn/lucas and he will tell you 2 go to the old grandmother in celestic town she will show you a book with the picture of dialga....thats how you get him in your pokedex
