Hey guys I completely forgot how to get draco meteor, could someone please tell me where to find the woman that teaches draco meteor to your pokemon?

Go to Celestic Town/Route 210. You need to go through the fog and you need Rock Climb to get to the house the Lady is in who will teach one of your Dragon Pokemon Draco Meteor, but only if they have maxed out happiness.
