I need help!

Hey, can someone tell me what Pokemon I need to beat the vailstone gym leader. I have a Luxray lv. 30, Monferno lv. 29, Ponyta lv.24, Unknown lv. 22, Bibarel lv. 17, Kricketune lv. 17.

Most likely you will have a close battle but you should win. When I faced them I had my lvl 38 Infernape and everyone else was lvl17 or below.

Hm... Well, a Staravia/Staraptor would do you some good for this gym, but if you use your items correctly, you should make it. Have Monferno or Ponyta take out Lucario since he's half Steel type. Stock up on Super Potions, because the more you have, the easier this gym will be.

That's all the advice I can give you. The rest is up to you, and what you decide to do!

Wow you have a well rounded team! I would raise your luxray three more levels,monferno four more levels and the rest of your gang to monferno's level. First send out Ponyta due to it's fast speed, use some fire moves on Maylene's Meditate since you have trained it,ponyta could have a higher chance of defeating.After that she will send out machoke when your game says "Would you like to switch pokemon?" Switch to monferno use fire attacks again and when you defeat it DO NOT switch pokemon.Keep monferno and use Mach punch or rock smash and defeat her Lucario remember to stock up on potions for it will be a hard battle

P.S. Other Pokemon that you trained are for backup!

I would get a Zubat and evolve it so it's wing attack would come in handy here. My lv.36 Golbat saved me from losing.
