The 80th Pokemon in sinnoh is "BARBOACH". If you hav a WHISCASH (male and female) store them in Day-Care house. They Will breed a egg which will contain BARBOACH.

This Pokemon is Barboach.

Fisherman Cody on Route 209 has one.
