How do I get a feebas I can't find hin nowhere

N how do I get a yanma

N were do I get a duskull it says it's in the vitory road but were at

1) Feebas can be found, by using the Super Rod, in the Waterfall found inside Mt. Coronet. There is a very low chance of finding it.

2) Yanma can only be found inside the Great Marsh, the Safari Game. To known what specific spot, look into the binoculars on the top floor of the Great Marsh building.

3) Duskull can be found, by using the Pokeradar, at night, in the grasses on Route 224. There is a 2% chance rate of finding it.
